How to configure various options under General Settings
Currency Settings:
In the Currency Settings, you have the option to enable or disable automatic currency conversion between eBay and Shopify.
If you want prices to be converted automatically, you should enable the automatic currency conversion option as show image below.
eBay Product Behaviour:
This setting controls how Inactive eBay products appear in our app. If you enable visible option, all products will be shown in the ebay product section, including ended and blocked products. If disabled, those products will be hidden.
Shopify Product Behaviour:
This setting controls how Inactive Shopify products appear in our app. If you enable visible option, all products will be shown in the Shopify product section, including ended and blocked products. If disabled, those products will be hidden.
How to configure various options under Shopify Settings :
In the Shopify settings, you can control how product prices appear in your store.
1. Enable Price Markup
Enable this option to apply a markup to the price of imported products. The markup will be calculated based on the settings you choose below.
2. Markup Type
Select the type of markup you want to apply:
- Fixed Amount: Adds a fixed value to the product price.
- Percentage: Increases the product price by a percentage.
3. Markup Value
Enter the value based on the selected markup type:
- To increase the price, enter a positive value.
- To decrease the price (i.e., keep Shopify prices lower than eBay), enter a negative value.
4. Markup Round-Off
Choose how the final price should be rounded:
- Round off price to nearest 0.99: Adjusts the price to end with .99 (e.g., 199.99).
Do not round off price: Keeps the exact calculated value without rounding.
1. Products Should Be Published?This setting defines the default status of imported products:
- Active
Draft
2. Default Tags
Add tags to imported products. Use commas to separate multiple tags.
3. Default Vendor
Set a vendor name for all imported products.
If left blank, the vendor will be fetched from eBay.
4. Default Product Type
Set a product type for all imported products.
If left blank, the product type from eBay will be used.
5. Inventory Policy
This setting determines how inventory is managed:
- Shopify tracks this product's inventory:
Inventory will be managed in Shopify, and quantities will be set using the default quantity for in-stock products. Don’t track inventory
6. Include Condition Data in Description
If enabled, the product’s condition and condition notes from eBay will be added to the Shopify product description.
7. Include Item Specific Data in Description
If enabled, item-specific details (such as brand, size, and material) from eBay will be added to the product description.
8. Inventory Synchronization
When enabled, product quantities will sync from eBay to Shopify.
Note:
To use this feature, the Inventory Policy must be set to:
“Shopify tracks this product's inventory.”
9. Price Synchronization
When enabled, product prices will sync from eBay to Shopify.
- By default, the app imports the Sale Price from eBay listings.
If you prefer to use the Listing Price instead, please contact customer support.
This setting allows you to map eBay categories to Shopify collections. The mapping is done using product tags or product types, ensuring that imported products are organized into the correct collections in Shopify.

How to configure various options under Location Settings :
In this setting, you can select which Shopify location you want to sync your inventory to eBay. You can choose any Shopify location, as shown in the image below.
